Cadillac Public High School Renovation

Cadillac, Michigan // 241,198 sq. ft.

The renovation and expansion of Cadillac High School was completed in carefully planned phases, allowing the building to remain operational throughout construction. The project included selective demolition, a new classroom addition, and extensive renovations to the existing facility. Key improvements featured a redesigned front office, a new cafeteria, and the installation of a full fire suppression system, which enhanced safety, functionality, and the overall student experience.

Beyond the building, the campus received major upgrades, including a new turf field and track at the athletic stadium, as well as a newly constructed parking lot to improve traffic flow and accommodate growing needs. Every aspect of the renovation was thoughtfully designed with students in mind, resulting in a dynamic, future-ready environment that supports learning, activity, and school pride.
