TowerPinkster worked collaboratively with the Owner’s selected Construction Manager to design a multi-court fieldhouse addition to the existing Middle/ High School. Our team met with multiple stakeholder groups through the design process including board members, administrative team, faculty members and facility staff to ensure the project needs were met for all involved. We worked hand-in-hand with the CM throughout the design and construction documentation process to evaluate and select cost effective materials and suppliers to maximize the Owner’s budget in achieving the Owner’s vision for this facility. Due to a lack of documentation of existing site utilities, TowerPinkster and the Construction Manager performed additional on site investigations to determine accurate information.

For the Middle + High School our team designed a complex renovation and addition that enabled the School Corporation to merge the Middle school and High schools into one existing building that previously resided in separate buildings. The project included a new cafeteria, kitchen expansion, new secure entries, administrative offices and classroom space. Our team worked closely with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure the project needs were met for all involved. We worked hand-in-hand with the CM throughout the design and construction documentation process to evaluate and select cost effective materials and suppliers to maximize the Owner’s budget while dealing with supply chain issues and labor shortages. The project was successfully delivered within budget and on schedule.
