Joe Gallagher, Head of Product / Co-Founder, 86 Repairs

Joe Gallagher is the Co-Founder and Head of Product at 86 Repairs, a subscription service that manages the entire repair process for restaurant groups.  Joe has spent his career building “what comes next within legacy industries, from technical design engineering to new product development management, and digital transformation.” Joe brings a unique perspective on the future of work as his firm has embraced fully remote work and has learned first hand some of the benefits and challenges of doing so in today’s environment.

Ryan Anderson, VP of Global Research & Insights, MillerKnoll

Ryan Anderson serves as Vice President of Global Research and Insights at MillerKnoll. His team leads MillerKnoll’s research efforts in partnership with a wide variety of global collaborators and is active in sharing insights gained from that research with organizations across the world. With nearly thirty years of industry experience, Ryan’s work has centered on how the places we inhabit can be better designed and managed to support positive, productive experiences.

Paul Henry has a rich background in furniture programming and applications for multiple workplace environments ranging from small businesses to large corporate campuses. He embraces the challenge presented by a multitude of corporate needs and takes a holistic look at how spaces can impact performance and well-being in the workplace. As a trained change management practitioner, Paul helps build understanding among stakeholders to ensure better project outcomes.

Jill VanDyken, Senior Manager of Facilities & EHS, Stryker

Jill VanDyken has 28 years of experience in Architectural Interior Design, Project Management, and Facilities Management. Jill is a servant leader with a mission to create, deliver, and sustain first-class environments & experiences for her colleagues, customers, and visitors while supporting and executing proactive strategies that move the business forward.
