American Health Network

TowerPinkster worked carefully with Shireman Real Estate & Development to create a two-story facility for Optum Healthcare, a part of American Health Network, where they consolidated five smaller practices into one central location. As foundations were being poured for the original 32,000 building, the tenant realized that they needed an additional 16,000 SF. The plans were quickly adapted to allow for additional service line suites without compromising the construction that had already occurred. Interior build-out included suites for Primary Care, Express Care, Orthopedics/Podiatry, Nephrology, and Hematology/Oncology/Infusion.
