Bogan Development

In partnership with Bogan Development, TowerPinkster completed a 12-unit mixed-income housing community on a former brownfield site in a transitioning Kalamazoo neighborhood. The development offers a mix of low-income and market-rate residences that support long-term neighborhood growth. Working closely with the City, the site was rezoned to Live-Work, allowing flexibility for evolving programming and future opportunities for residents.

A third building serves as a connector and shared amenity space, housing a YMCA Early Childhood Center with preschool and after-school programs for local families. Designed with a contemporary, urban character, the community includes a garden space and bike accommodations to encourage connection and healthy outdoor activity, contributing to the neighborhood’s continued progress.
