Decrane, a lean manufacturing facility, redesigned its facility to meet their unique operating needs. The nature of Decrane’s product required very specific design elements: maintenance area and loading dock completely separate from the manufacturing area, loading dock under roof and designed for side load, research & development lab with running water, and temperature and humidity controls vital to areas.
