Jeffersonville High School Auditorium

Jeffersonville, Indiana // 12,250 sq. ft.

Originally constructed in the 1970s, the Jeffersonville High School Auditorium was overdue for renovation. TowerPinkster collaborated with Greater Clark County Schools to renovate the 12,250 sq. ft. performance space. Throughout the 1,022-seat auditorium, new seating was installed with provisions to address ADA requirements. Other elements of the main house renovation include LED lighting throughout, new aisle lighting, architectural 3D wall panels, new flooring, updated wall finishes, glass guardrails at elevated seating, and the restoration of the original plaster ceiling. Backstage updates included expanded dressing rooms, private restrooms and changing areas, makeup and hair stations with LED lighting, and additional storage for props and costumes. The project also extended into the school’s main corridor by highlighting the entrances to the auditorium with new flooring, metal ceiling panels with LED marquee and accent lighting, framed displays to celebrate their performances at international festivals, and graphics consistent with the school’s recent branding initiative
