In addition to housing day-to-day operations for LouCity, Racing, the youth academies, and their back-office staff, the facility offers the same array of services to the community that are used to keep professional soccer stars at their peaks.

The Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center, a privately financed, $15 million project, opened in July of 2021. The building includes customized locker rooms for both clubs, a weight room, dining hall, media/film room and several fields, both grass for the pros and state-of-the-art turf used for the youth academy, camps, clinics, and community events.

Built on a former landfill, special care was taken to prepare the site. With unique challenges such as years of landfill incinerator ash and tornado debris, the site needed dynamic compaction to reduce the amount of ground settling and avoid deep foundations which would contaminate the water table.
