Experience Healthcare Munson Healthcare Medical Office Building Munson Healthcare Munson Healthcare Medical Office Building Manistee, Michigan // 45,000 sq. ft. TowerPinkster worked with Munson Healthcare to develop a new Medical Office Building (MOB) that could support the growth of the campus and meet increasing patient volumes. The new MOB accommodates several key programs and sub-specialties for the Munson health system. The building houses the Health Connections (fitness club), physical and occupational rehab, cardio-pulmonary rehab, general surgery clinic, orthopedics clinic, neurology clinic, and the Munson system executive administration suite. Site improvements took place over the 8-acre site and consisted of reconfigured entries, surface parking expansions and renovations, loading areas, and campus-wide circulation improvements.
