Prein & Newhof

TowerPinkster partnered with Prein & Newhof to design a new laboratory building that supports the expansion of their growing water testing operations. The new facility replaces an existing space that lacks the capacity and infrastructure to support growth, creating a site designed for current needs and future expansion.

The main lab features advanced water testing equipment, exhaust fume hoods, and dedicated workstations. Three additional testing spaces adjacent to the main lab support specialized equipment and processes. The facility also includes a walk-in cooler for sample staging, a delivery dock for efficient sample handling, storage areas for testing materials and field equipment, and areas to support field testing staff.

Public-facing areas prioritize accessibility and functionality, with a main reception and sample collection area, a consultation room for customer meetings, and an office for the program manager. Staff-focused amenities include a break room and meeting room that support collaboration and daily operations. The completed facility enables Prein & Newhof to expand their water testing capabilities while maintaining flexibility for future growth.
