Designated as an Indiana Stellar Community, Princeton Indiana’s master plan included downtown housing target for senior living. The Prince Street Cottages project was awarded funding by Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, and is a new construction urban infill project one block south of downtown Princeton. The project includes 31 two-bedroom units and 5 one-bedroom units on three floors, along with community space and a leasing office. All units are accessible from an internal elevator and corridors. Ground level units along Prince Street also have outside entrances and front porches that maintain the urban fabric of the downtown street front. LEED Silver Certification.
