84th Street Pub + Grill

84th Street Pub and Grille wished to expand their kitchen and storage capacity, as well as construct an addition to accommodate large groups. TowerPinkster worked with Pioneer Construction to finalize the design, timeline, and budget for construction. The final design consists of a large group banquet facility that can be open to the restaurant to provide additional seating when not in use. The design incorporates the existing Sports Pub atmosphere while having a banquet room that can serve many types of events, from wedding receptions to corporate retreats. The facility’s parking lot was also expanded to accommodate the restaurant and banquet room additions.
