TowerPinkster Announces Two New Principals

TowerPinkster, a full-service design firm, announces the advancement of Amanda Hunsucker, IIDA, and Kyle Wilson, AIA, to the role of principal. In this capacity, Hunsucker and Wilson will advance their leadership within the firm and community while continuing to serve clients throughout Southern Indiana and the Greater Louisville region. Both bring considerable experience and expertise to the role and have been recognized for their work as design innovators, mentors, and industry leaders.

Amanda Hunsucker, NCIDQ, IIDA, KYCID, RID

Amanda Hunsucker is a senior interior designer with 20 years of industry experience. She has worked across various market sectors including K-12, higher education, government, workplace, and tenant buildouts. Key projects include the renovation of the Lilly Library at Indiana University’s Bloomington campus, Clarksville Fire Station #1, and recent renovations and additions at Milan Schools. Hunsucker leads interior design services at the firm’s New Albany, IN, office and in 2012 was a member of the Leadership Southern Indiana graduating class. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Indiana State University. In addition to her national NCIDQ interior design certification, she is a registered interior designer within the State of Indiana and a certified interior designer within the State of Kentucky.

Kyle Wilson, AIA, LEED AP, ACHA, NCARB

Kyle Wilson joined TowerPinkster as a senior project architect and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He has worked across the country with a wide variety of client types including healthcare, municipal, educational, wellness, and recreation. Key projects include the Optum Health Medical Office Building in New Albany, the Louisville City/Racing Louisville soccer training facility, the Elsby Hotel, New Albany Fire Station #5, a new mixed-use center in downtown New Albany, and master planning for the YMCA of Greater Louisville. Wilson is on the board of directors at Childplace Inc. and is the president-elect of the Clark County Rotary Club. In 2009, he was a member of the Leadership Southern Indiana graduating class. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University. He is a registered architect in the State of Indiana and Kentucky.
