TowerPinkster is a Best Place to Work in West Michigan by Crain’s Grand Rapids Business

TowerPinkster is honored to be named as one of the Best Places to Work by Crain’s Grand Rapids Business.

This recognition highlights our firm’s priorities of employee engagement and workplace excellence. Crain’s has been recognizing Best Places to work for more than two decades. This recognition follows a comprehensive evaluation process conducted in partnership with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm that uses an employer questionnaire to examine applicant companies’ practices, programs and benefits. Afterward, it surveys employees on engagement and satisfaction.

Also this year, the team at TowerPinkster is celebrating being named as a Top WorkPlace in the Nation by Energage! Along with this award, we received eight additional national culture awards for: Leadership, Innovation, Compensation + Benefits, Employee Well-Being, Work-Life Flexibility, Purpose + Values, Personal Development, and DE+I Practices.

TowerPinkster was awarded based on the successful growth from 70 to 250 employees with a continued focus on scaling without sacrificing culture. The firm was also recognized for employee engagement and recognition programs and using employee feedback as a key driver for continuous improvement and benchmarking.
