Two TowerPinkster leaders were named as Crain’s Grand Rapids Notable Leaders in Architecture, Engineering and Construction in 2026.

President and CEO Björn Green and Chief Operating Officer Adam Doubblestein were both named in this year’s list of West Michigan AEC industry leaders. 

“These notable professionals are literally building the spaces and structures of West Michigan, helping to plan, improve and put together the places where Michiganders live and work,” the Crain’s Grand Rapids article states. “They manage teams who design, build and engineer multimillion-dollar projects across the state, and they provide guidance, vision and strategy for their staff and coworkers. They also serve as leaders and volunteers throughout their communities, building human connections and support systems, along with mentoring future architects, engineers and construction workers.”

He leads the government market sector, directing significant public and civic projects and supporting $65 million in annual revenue. He expanded TowerPinkster’s Grand Rapids presence and civic portfolio, guiding key projects like the Grand Rapids Veterans Home and a $300 million Kentucky public health lab.
