We are excited to announce that three exceptional professionals have been named shareholders at TowerPinkster: Cassi Ritchie, Doug Milburn, and Adam Poznanski. Cassi Ritchie

Cassi Ritchie is a graduate of Western Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Cassi is known for designing dynamic, engaging spaces that blend creativity and reliability. She leads all phases of interior design—from space planning and documentation to presentations and procurement. Her strategic focus during programming helps align project goals with function, while her forward-thinking approach ensures each detail supports an innovative, client-focused environment.

In addition to her design work, Cassi Ritchie is a dedicated community leader who actively contributes to regional growth and development. She serves as a Southwest Michigan First Chamber Ambassador, helping to foster connections between local businesses and community initiatives. As a board member of LINK Kalamazoo, Cassi supports programs that empower emerging leaders through networking, civic engagement, and strategic planning for the city’s future. Her involvement reflects a deep commitment to strengthening the fabric of the Kalamazoo community both professionally and personally.

Doug Milburn

Doug Milburn brings over two decades of architectural expertise to his new role as a shareholder. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Doug is a Registered Architect in multiple states and is also NCARB Certified.

Throughout his career, Doug has successfully managed projects across various sectors, including commercial, K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, and senior living. His leadership and strategic guidance consistently ensure that projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.

In addition to his project management skills, Doug is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of architects. He serves as a mentor in the AIA Michigan Mentoring Network and as an NCARB Architect Licensing Advisor. As a Council Member for the International Federation for Housing and Planning, he advocates for thoughtful design on a global scale. Doug’s commitment to design excellence and mentorship makes him a cornerstone of our team.

Adam Poznanski

Adam Poznanski is a graduate of Western Michigan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan, Florida, North Carolina, and Indiana. With over 19 years of experience, Adam has become a technical leader in HVAC design and engineering systems.

He leads the design and development of HVAC systems, analyzes heating system options, and evaluates system efficiency and costs. Adam’s extensive knowledge of campus and complex systems design, along with his proficiency in preparing reports, specifications, and construction documents, allows him to provide high-performance solutions in the educational, industrial, commercial, and healthcare sectors. His commitment to precision, innovation, and sustainability makes him an invaluable asset to any project team he joins.
