We love supporting our community. One of the ways we do that is through education and stepping up when a request comes through from our local school’s systems. In 2020, KISD (Kent Intermediate School District) asked us to put together a video that talked about innovation from the lens of our experts. The video would be shared with high school students who are just beginning to think about careers and a professional future.

We spoke with Jonathan Rumohr, mechanical engineering manager; Steve Loney, project management manager; and Meghan Boyer, interior design manager, to learn what innovation means to them.
