In 2020, we put together a video series to support a request from KISD (Kent Intermediate School District) who was looking for creative ways to engage students during remote learning. Called the “Employability Skills” video series, we interviewed Jonathan Rumohr, manager of the mechanical engineering group; Steve Loney, manager of the project manager group; and Meghan Boyer, manager of the interior design group, to understand what skills or attributes they look for when hiring on new staff.
