TowerPinkster Announces New Shareholders

TowerPinkster, an employee-owned and multi-discipline design firm, announced the advancement of three talented employees to join the firm’s shareholder group. The team members are Bill Gallagher, Ana Lapinski, and Brandon List. Each exemplifies the firm’s values and works to create high-quality client experiences on every project.

As we evolve and expand, we continue to strengthen the team by cultivating our next generation of owners and leaders.”

The background of the new shareholders is as follows:

BILL GALLAGHER, BCxP,  CCP

Bill joined TowerPinkster in 2018 and serves as a senior mechanical designer and is a lead commissioning expert for the firm. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Western Michigan University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. In addition to supporting the mechanical engineering team, Bill has received recognition by the industry as a Commissioning Authority and Certified Building Commissioning Professional.

ANA LAPINSKI, AIA, CDT

Ana is a registered architect and a supervisor of the firm’s architectural department. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has played an instrumental role in many notable projects including the Albertus Magnus Hall of Science at Aquinas College, the current renovation of the Grand Rapids Public Museum, and Muskegon Public School’s new middle school. She holds a Masters of Structural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico.

BRANDON LIST, PLA, ASLA, SITES AP

Brandon serves as TowerPinkster’s manager of landscape architecture and planning and brings more than 10 years’ experience to the role. Brandon earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University and his Master of Science from the University of Michigan’s School of Environment and Sustainability. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has worked on key projects with clients including Michigan State University, Holland Charter Township, and Okemos Public Schools.
