TowerPinkster collaborated with the City of Jeffersonville to upgrade Lottie Oglesby Park, an eight-acre community area in need of modern amenities. The renovation featured 16 new pickleball courts with sports court lighting, a new event pavilion with picnic seating, updated restroom facilities, and two new basketball half-courts. Improvements to the existing ball field included a larger backstop. To address nearby neighborhood concerns, a landscaped berm south of the pickleball courts and a row of evergreen trees were added to help reduce noise. In response to community feedback, the landscape architecture team designed a new, fully accessible playground with a safety surface, shade structures, and sensory play elements. A new walking trail with benches along the path, surrounded by a mix of deciduous and evergreen trees, further transformed the park into a welcoming and relaxing space for residents.
