New Mechanical Leadership Team Announced

TowerPinkster, a multidiscipline design firm, has announced two promotions to its leadership team. Perry Hausman, PE, has been named manager of the firm’s mechanical engineering department. Jesse Hendershot, PE, will serve as supervisor of the mechanical department and provide support to Hausman. Both will work to lead the firm’s growing mechanical department of professional engineers and designers. Hausman joined the firm in 1999 and Hendershot joined in 2014.

PERRY HAUSMAN, PE, has been named manager of mechanical engineering. In his role, Hausman will grow, mentor, and lead  TowerPinkster’s team of mechanical engineers and designers. Hausman has been part of the firm for more than 23 years and has worked on some of the firm’s most well-known projects including the Warner Building at 180 Water Street in Kalamazoo, a new 485,000 square foot divisional facility for a confidential medical technology company, and extensive work with Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo Public Schools, and Kalamazoo County. Hausman is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, is a Certified Building Assessment Professional through the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers, a member of the US Green Building Council, and the Building Commissioning Association. Hausman is a LEED accredited professional. He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering and management from Western Michigan University.

JESSE HENDERSHOT, PE, has been named supervisor of mechanical engineering. In his role, Hendershot will support Hausman to help grow, mentor, and lead the firm’s mechanical engineering team. Hendershot holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Western Michigan University. In addition to being a professional engineer, he is a LEED accredited professional. His recent work includes the Albertus Magnus Hall of Science at Aquinas College, the Kalamazoo County Gull Road Justice Complex, numerous projects with Ferris State University, and projects with the Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
